Eric Stonestreet is an American actor best known for his role as “Cameron Tucker” in the award winning TV show “Modern Family” (2009). For this role Stonestreet earned three consecutive Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series (2010, 2011 and 2012), winning the award in 2010 and 2012, and three Golden Globe Award nominations (2010, 2011 and 2013).
He had other notable roles in TV shows, such as his role as Ronnie Litre on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2001), and has participated in: Dharma & Greg (1999), ER(2000), Malcolm in the Middle (2000), The Mentalist(2008), NCIS, Nip/Tuck (2009), Party of Five (2000), Spin City (2000), The West Wing (2001), Pushing Daisies (2008), Greg the Bunny (2002), Providence (2002), Close to Home (2005), Crossing Jordan (2007), Bones (2007), Monk (2009), and American Horror Story (2011).
Eric also participated in several movies, making his debut in Almost Famous (2000). He had other notable participations in movies like Girls Will Be Girls (2003), The Island (2005), Ninja Cheerleaders (2008), Identity Thief (2013), and The Secret Life of Pets (2016).
